You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You do not need an account; orders are placed as a guest. Please make sure the name, phone number and address you give us are correct.

Online sales are for frames only. Prescription lenses are cut and fitted at our Alexandria branch. You can send us your prescription on WhatsApp.

We do not offer eye tests or eye exams. Your prescription must come from a qualified eye-care professional.

We try to show products, colours and sizes accurately, but they may look slightly different on your screen.

All prices are in Egyptian pounds (EGP) and include tax.

Prices and availability may change without notice. If an item is priced incorrectly by obvious error, we may cancel the order and give you a full refund of anything you have paid.

After you place an order, we may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm it. An order is accepted once we confirm it. We may cancel an order if we cannot reach you to confirm it or if the item is no longer available; in that case, anything you have paid is refunded in full.

We accept:

•Cash on delivery.

•Visa / Mastercard on delivery.

•InstaPay.

•Mobile wallets: Vodafone Cash, Etisalat Cash and Orange Cash.

If you choose InstaPay or a mobile wallet, we send you the payment details on WhatsApp after you place your order.

We deliver to all 27 governorates of Egypt, usually within 3–7 days. The delivery fee depends on your governorate and is shown at checkout before you confirm your order. From time to time we may run a time-limited free-delivery offer. There is no minimum order.

You can return frames within 14 days of delivery, as long as they are unused and in their original condition.

Prescription glasses and lenses made to your measurements cannot be returned.

Accepted refunds are paid back to you as money through InstaPay or Vodafone Cash. We do not give refunds as store credit or as an exchange.

To start a return, contact us by phone or WhatsApp. These terms do not limit your rights under Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018.

Promo codes may apply only to specific brands or collections. They cannot be exchanged for cash, and only one code can be used per order.

Reviews you submit on the site may be moderated before they are published. We may decline to publish reviews that are offensive, misleading or unrelated to the product.

Please do not misuse the website, for example by trying to access other people’s orders or interfering with how the site works. The website’s content, including images and text, belongs to Beshoo Optics or its licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute will be referred to the competent courts of Alexandria.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. The terms in force when you place an order apply to that order.
